How do I place an order?

Orders are placed via email or phone. Please send all orders and include details (flavors, quantity, pickup time, etc.) to our email address: omgdonutshop@gmail.com or call us at (816) 355-0405.

Do you require advance notice when placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We request that a 24 hour notice (noon the previous day) be given for all orders. Custom, event, or catering orders require additional notice. Inquire with OMG.

Question 3

Can you make donuts not listed on your menu?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can make custom designed/flavored donuts upon request. We require a one week advance notice. Custom orders start at $35/dozen. Price is determined by design/flavors.

Do you offer gluten-free donuts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a limited selection for gluten-free muffin bites (5 pk). While we do not operate in a gluten-free facility, we take great measures to lessen the chance of cross-contamination. Please review our gluten-free disclaimer prior to placing an order.

Does your donuts contain peanuts?

Most of our donuts do not contain peanuts, but some of the ingredients we use may come from a  facility where peanuts are manufactured.

Question 6

Do I have to place an order for one dozen or more at a time? Can I order less than one dozen?

No. You can order as many or as few as you'd like. Orders can be picked up at our shop located at 710 W Main St, Ste K, Blue Springs, MO between the hours of 7am - 12pm.

Why do I have to purchase a minimum of 3 of the flavored baked cake donuts?

Accepted Answer

Our flavored baked cake donuts are made using unique flavor combinations. The smallest batch that we can make for baked donuts is a quantity of 3. For this reason, we require that our flavored baked cake donuts be ordered in quantities of 3 (ex: 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.). These options are indicated on our menu with two asterisks (**) in front of the name.
